The workshop will be led by Hugues Le Cardinal, a specialist in aircraft certification and regulatory compliance in the aeronautical world. An aeronautical engineer and private pilot, he worked for 19 years for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, participating in the creation of the European Aviation Safety Agency in 2003. He created VELICA, an aeronautical and nautical consulting company, 9 years ago.
